When a dataset lands on my desk, I start by building a clean, structured foundation — engineering ETL pipelines, modeling schemas, and auditing every assumption before a single KPI gets calculated.
From there, I dig into the numbers with one question in mind: what is the business actually losing or missing here? That means understanding how the operation works, not just how the data looks.
The output is always an interactive dashboard and a clear narrative — precise enough so that a non-technical stakeholder can make a real decision without needing to trust the math blindly.
